NPP Projection Report 3/27 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Vlad is coming tomorrow to disconnect the fluorescent in Th4 that was flickering last night. It's been behaving today (I left them off for a while to see if it started up again), but if it happens again, try unplugging the light control board (you'll have to plug it back in to bring the lights up for credits/cleaning), and resetting the emergency light breaker for Th4 (which is in the breaker box labeled T6)

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went through the Jawbreaker playlist for tonight, added the DCPs of all the performance songs and the curtain call that Lillian made and set the volumes. Spotlight presets are good to go, also.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Converting Hot Potato to DCP for next month's Shouting at the Screen, on the booth 1 iMac. Pretty sure I have this on DVD in one of those 4-in-1 sets. If this file doesn't look too good I could try ripping that, it might look a bit better.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed the shipping label for Prison and put it on the cart, pickup is scheduled for tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Did more leader adding to trailers.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Received the bulbs from Christie. 4 30s and 1 16. Bulbs in 3, 5, and 6 are going to need to be replaced soon, we already had plenty of new 16s so I only ordered one extra.

DMS is looking into alternative options for the replacement LFE drivers for Theater 1 since JBL won't be able to deliver them until the first week of June.

Put the coathook in 4/6 in the wall with anchors, it shouldn't get loose now.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
