To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been scheduled on the TMS and blocked on the calendar. Weekly email has been sent. Please get your eyes on it! Thanks!

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Perfect Days and Kung Fu Panda keys open up tomorrow. We'll get eyes on them before the staff screenings.

Deleted NSF24, Freddy's Dead, West Side Story playlists off the TMS. Cleared all the NSF shorts off the individual servers and the TMS, among other CPLs we don't need. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Pumping Iron II is ready for this evening! 1 mic/spots. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Downloaded and ingested The People's Joker TLR. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested It's Complicated. 

Keys for Kung Fu Panda, Drive Away Dolls, and Perfect Days have been uploaded. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): We are to send the print of Pumping Iron to a venue in Toronto after the screening this evening. Cristina will pass on the info. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated and checked today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the T1 projectors. Note: remember when cleaning to really check in with the intermittent sprocket and pad shoe. The pad shoe in particular can lock in dirt and debris pretty easily. I ran loops and adjust the lens on P2. Might take another look at this tomorrow. Also, the P1 lamp was struggling to ignite a little but I turned up the voltage and waited a little longer to turn the lamp on  and it's alright now. Alec took another look in there. 

We received our new letters for the marquee (just some i's, numbers, and punctuation we needed more of. Not a full set). I've put these away in their respective cubbies. You'll all be happy to know that the new i's we got are the wider kind! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Filled out the info for Private Benjamin, SOF, Final Destination 5, Fantastic Planet.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
