To do this evening/ was completed: 

Tech'd Wild Parrots in T4 since it got moved there. Tech'd Perfect Days and Kung Fu Panda. Adjusted all the playlists for those. 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons is all set for this evening. Tested the wireless mic connection/image and sound for the laptop. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Downloaded and ingested the trailer Thrillers in Motion (this is for 3/22 playlists. got awhile) 

Perfect Days posters arrived.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingesting Problemista. 

Made the slide for Boyz in the Hood. Built the playlist! 

Received the screener file for Paperboy (downloading via Aspera) Should be done in a couple hours. Don't DCP this. We'll likely just run it off the laptop. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Freddy's Dead got picked up.

We have yet to know where Pumping Iron II needs to be shipped out to, but Cristina looped me into the email correspondence and I've just added the rest of projection so y'all are aware. 

Packed up Private Benjamin, its on the cart with a pickup scheduled for tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning: I added some images and a few more notes to the manual for the wireless mic setup. Please let me know if it makes sense! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added info for Wild Parrots. Madame Web is back in T6 for Monday, 3/11 (the event got cancelled). 

Marquee updated?: Letters added for Boyz n the Hood and Friday the 13th. 

Posters updated?: Took down Civil War and put up Perfect Days

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
