Projection Close 3/17



To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet evening, but large, enthusiastic crowds for Dune II. Made the rounds, no issues. 

It's worth noting that the other day we had a nice projection meeting with all the Prospect projectionists to go over setups, lamp changes, and other such things. We'll be doing more of this. 

Working on our backup plan for coverage since Audrey will, unfortunately, not be continuing with work here. Alec and I will keep everyone updated and have a decent idea of what we might need at this time. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked the playlists for 3/22, including SEs.
Checked the KDMs. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: CCAP device back in the storage closet. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): At some point tomorrow we should hopefully be receiving a CRU drive with a few DCPs on it for a private tech on Monday. The filmmaker just wants to check out the files at a venue, so this is not for an event. I've made sure those on tomorrow are looped into the email thread with his contact info should we need to reach out. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Boyz in the Hood will get out this upcoming week. Still in T1 FYI. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Read through and made notes on the manual for the mixer we use for Live Band setups. Cleaned T4. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added info for the special events this week sans Parasite. Event Memo still needs to be filled out for that one. No Ghostbusters KDM yet.
