NPP Projection Admin 4/21
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: First round in theaters 1 and 2 were placed five minutes ahead of schedule on the TMS and needed to be adjusted (theater 2 started early and the MODs radioed about it)
Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: A Series of Unfortunate Events intro and screening in theater 1 went very smoothly (cleaned the projectors after the show and set the scope lenses and plates for tomorrow night)
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content):
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed La Chimera feature content from all servers following its brunch screening this morning
Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected A Series of Unfortunate Events and readied everything for return shipment (a return label was included with the print -- this is going back to Frank Heller -- and I scheduled a pickup for tomorrow)
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked and made several adjustments to start/end credits information + removed the "shutdown" automation from theater 7 since it was in place of the final round that needs to be started manually tomorrow evening
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?: Yes (with the A Series of Unfortunate Events print on top)
