To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Someone put extra gaff tape over the scope borders on the port glass window in front of projector 1 so the top of reel 2 of Passenger 57 was briefly interrupted by me ripping those off in order to show the rest of the image behind it

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for the Passenger 57 screening this afternoon -- screening went smoothly despite the picture adjustment described above

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Added the Shrek 2 and Joker 2 posters to the cubby behind 3/7 and tossed the boxes

Received posters for The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded additional first run keys

Received a DCP combo pack featuring the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Passenger 57 after the screening, printed return labels, and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
