To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built The Ambulance and Mind Game playlists. Will sub out the slide for Ambulance tomorrow if need be.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Cabaret in Theater 1 tonight, with the panel discussion before. It's a full house so be mindful of the feature volume (I set it at 6.5 in the playlist) and remember to record the panel before the movie. No Q&A or anything after.

Possible Zoom Q&A for Cohen and Tate on Monday. I'll test it out with the webcam tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Despicable Me and Sasquatch Sunset received and ingested. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reinspected and packed up Don't Be A Menace. Having this go out Monday as Academy asks loaners to ship things back early in the week. I'm here Sunday night, so I'll schedule the pickup then.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Civil War, Cabaret, Paddington, Dawn of the Dead, and Mind Game. Checked new trailers for volume too.

Looked at the second Hot Potato DCP I made. There's hardly any difference, but to my eye it looks the tiniest bit better. Think we can go ahead and use this one.

Finished inspecting Runaway Train. Reels and box are up in 4/6, this has been moved to Theater 4.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
