To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled Challengers staff screenings and sent out the email. Reminder to add staff screenings to the theater blocking calendar! I added them for the last few weeks.

Trailer Updates: Ingested the longer Hitman trailer and added it to the R pack for 4/26

checked volume on all new trailers and updated the list on the whiteboard,

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCU should be sending a new Aspera link for Dogville. They sent one at the beginning of the month but it expired.

Uploaded new keys for Monkey Man and Panda 4

Received Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore

Ingested The Fall Guy

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed return label for From Beyond, scheduled a pick up for this and River Wild for tomorrow. Both prints on the cart.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Follow That Bird, all set for today and tomorrow.

Inspected the first three reels of Alice. Looks really good, reel 3 is just a bit more scratched than the others.

Put Havana Nights on house reels.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked the SRD readers in Theater 1 with a 35mm trailer. The Dolby Digital soundtrack played perfectly from both projectors so it must've been a print issue with ASOUE

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Put all the first run titles back up & put Runaway Train back up on the 35mm side with Havana Nights.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
