Projection Admin 4/10



To do this evening/ was completed: Did the driver exchange with Yves from DMS this morning/afternoon. We took one of the drivers out of T2 and put it in T1. I've talked to Alec and Matthew about what we did today (which took a good amount of team work and problem solving but it went well!) and this is just sort of a temp fix until we get new gear. Arrival date for our new drivers is 4/16, Tuesday, for at least one of them. There will be a breakdown of everything we did in our email thread. Checked levels/ran pink noise multiple times and tested content. 

Cinema Meeting was fast but productive. We're set on content - just waiting on the DCP of La Chimera (mentioned below)

Uploaded the keys for Kung Fu Panda. 

Received the DCP link for Mind Game from Gkids today. I downloaded and ingested this to the TMS. 

Received the video file for the Fleischer Cartoons. I downloaded this once, put it in DCP o matic and noticed that part of the video was cut off towards the end (no issue with the OG file, I don't think, just weird that that happened) so I'm downloading it again. Feel free to start transcoding tonight.

We should be receiving a DCP of La Chimera sometime soon. It's NEON, so I'm pretty certain we'll get it through the Deluxe portal.

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Don't Be A Menace tonight. Added a bit of tape to the right side of the port glass for P1.

Marquee updated?: The showtimes display in the lobby didn't update so I power-cycled and showed Carly how to do it. 

Posters updated?: Emailed back MOD so they can let the patron that wanted a Love Lies Bleeding poster that one has been set aside and labeled in 3/7, ready for pickup.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
