Projection admin 4/8



To do this evening/ was completed: No issues with T3 today, so far. Had some no shows for T3 first round, and T6, likely due to the eclipse. 

Subwoofers in T1 still giving grief, but we're figuring this out with DMS. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a hawks w/babies playlist for the Godzilla matinee in T2 tomorrow as per the film schedule. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Passenger 57 is ready to go tonight! Ran loops. Playlist is set and scheduled. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Made and ingested two different Ambulance slides so we can test them out and have Cristina make a final decision for which one to use. 

DCP of Dawn of the Dead should be getting sent to us soon. Confirmed NPP in the thread for delivery.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Others DCP is packaged up and the shipping info is set (insurance is all good, as Dave requested) and we'll get this out tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection: We'll be teching Cohen and Tate tomorrow and The Ambulance on Friday. On the calendar. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: No immediate lamp warnings yet. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Checked today and tomorrow. 

Marquee updated?: We'll be having quite a few lofty marquee rentals this month, one of which is being paid for by (I think, partially) Netflix, since they're filming here. I took note of the letters we have outside along with what we've got in our inventory and everything should be fine for what both rentals are asking, we'll just have to make sure we get everything up and down at a sensible time. 

Posters updated?: Received a Shrek poster for the 20th anniversary, including another poster for The Joker part 2 (JP and Lady Gaga).

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
