To do this evening/ was completed: T3 remained steady for the last two rounds this evening. I'm curious as to why this seems to be happening--as Alec mentioned--over the weekends. 

Q2 Annual Reviews submitted. 

Ran through all new information received in regard to the rentals and other forms of private/special events we have on over the next few days, with a notes on a few things happening towards the end of the month. 
Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Kept on building playlists for this upcoming week, 4/19, and seeing as how the DCPII drive went down, (not our only way of receiving content, but it's used more for this organizing more than anything else) I had a look through our TMS content in comparison to the new trailer sheet to double check we have everything sans the trailer we'll be receiving on Tuesday. 

Trailer Updates: Built the R trailer packs (we will add the trailer for She Wants Revenge to the packs and playlists that need them on Tuesday!) I have a reminder about this on the white board above the 4/6 desk. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Attempted to put on the golf game in Trees as per the host's request, but could not, for the life of me, get the channel up. I did some digging and I don't believe Verizon Fios carries the regular CBS channel, which the game was ostensibly on, though I checked the other channel varations including the ESPN channels and much, much more. 

Brought the extension cords the kitchen borrowed back up to 4/6.

Maintenance/cleaning: Had a go at troubleshooting/fixing the DCPII drive since I've had an unfortunate, almost comically sad amount of experience with many of my own drives. To no avail. 

Moved and added the rest of the Digital SE titles up on the white board and added the titles for the first two weeks of May. 

Swept and mopped T1.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
