Projection Close 4/24

To do this evening/ was completed: No issues this evening. Quite a quiet night on my end. Waiting to hear back from the folks with Dogville.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went over the A1 and SE playlists for this upcoming week to double check everything.
I watched the last bit of Civil War this evening and noticed that the first bit of credits are against a white backdrop, which is where the lights first come up. I'm going to take another look at this tomorrow as I think we should change the cue in the playlist so that it doesn't obstruct the image or take folks out of the movie a little too early.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked the TMS schedule for any missing KDMs. Uploaded new keys for Civil War and La Chimera

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the last three reels of Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore. Print report is available. Last three reels suffer from some warping, but it's certainly projectable. Nothing to really worry that much about, it just might be a tad bit annoying when threading up. Something to be mindful of.
I added print pics to the drive, but mind you, Alec probably has much better ones from the first set of reels...but I think there's some good ones in the small mix! There's a fun credits roll out, too - someone's hands are playing the piano...

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Thoroughly swept and mopped both the T1 and 4/6 booth as they were both getting a little dusty.

Checked in with the gear grease for the projectors in T4.

Took the trash out in T1.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes.
