NPP Projection Admin 5/31 Jack/Lillian



To do this evening/ was completed: Took the DeWalt to booths 5 and 3/7, vacuumed both pretty thoroughly, particularly around the AC units and projectors. There was a fair amount of detritus, and some dust balls, but it didn't seem so, so dusty. Obviously still a good thing to regular clean these areas, though.

Removed outgoing 5/24 content, playlists, packs and forecasts. All 6/7 A1 content downloaded and ingested, playlists built. Upcoming SE playlists not yet manufactured--waiting for content. 

Private screenings this morning went just fine.

Tonight ~ SOF print can get inspected (it's called Eagle's Shadow)! - L

Inspected the rest of Cloud Atlas. It is in excellent condition, rewound onto its shipping reels for now.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded the DCP of The Lesbian Bar Project, unzipped and put it on the DCPIV drive. Ingested to T1 along with ew Sundays on Fire preshow ! - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Crash - in very good condition! Print is back on shipping reels for now. Report is available (I'm almost certain this is 1.85, btw, but we'll check it out on screen this upcoming week). Pics are on the drive for Conrad. - L

Met with Cristina this afternoon to tech Pope of Greenwich Village and Bad Education, both of which look and sound great. Volume noted. 
We also received the 35mm trailer of Best of the Best II (won't be using this til later on in the month). - L 

Projectors set for Drop Dead Gorgeous tomorrow, just be sure to run loops! - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
