NPP Projection Admin Lillian/Will 6/24

To do this evening/ was completed: FYI - Cristina wants to take a look at Dangerous Game before the show tomorrow. It's possible to do a 5min tech, but we'll have to be on it with rewinding and prep. - L

I got the trailer for The Best of the Best onto a house reel jus to look at it structurally (pretty fragile/warped, but it should hopefully be alright) needs some leader/the DOA print that we don't have (this should be coming Wednesday morning/afternoon!) then we can get it ready for the show. - L

Will mentioned having difficultly while inspecting Set it Off today and because something felt off with the feed section of the Kelmar bench, so I took a look at this, opened up the feed section and saw that the screws that hold in the diamond plates (that also latch onto the kelmar pads/plates, had all come loose and were rolling around in the bottom of the box. I reattached and tightened up the screws, cleaned everything. This should be just fine now. Please do NOT exceed 40 speed when rewinding...esp for archival prints. - L

Reached out to our team about the new first runs as I asked Deluxe for an eta on content and they told me our new first runs have been booked for 6/28 with the keys being released on 6/25, so I'm not sure if they'll open for 6/27. I'll update y'all soon. - L

Ordering/Receiving (content): Transferred the already downloaded and converted NoBudge shorts over to the P&T hard drive and started downloading and converting additional shorts to it in 4/6 ("Happy Ending" is the only one remaining and is downloading now but, at 52GB, will require some time to finish before being converted and ingested) -WB

Set It Off print was received and brought up to booth 1 -WB

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Began inspecting Set It Off (reels 1 and 2, these were wound back onto their shipping reels tails out after) and started an inspection report + added a couple stills to the drive -WB

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept in 4/6 and cleaned all port glass windows in booths 1, 2, 4 and 6 + workers were on site this afternoon and cleaned the A/C units in all booths -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Got my eyes on them this morning, but Will looked yesterday, too. 
Marquee updated?: Took down Fall Guy, rearranged the letters for brunch. - L

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
