To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: Alec went over troubleshooting the server issue with the ethernet cable in theater 6 but fortunately there was no trouble and the final rounds concluded normally

There was some unavoidable and largely negligible keystoning during the Bad Education screening due to the various 1.85:1 segments featured throughout the film (which is mainly in scope)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a trailer for DOA: Dead or Alive to the Sundays on Fire pre-show at Cristina's request

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Bad Education screening in theater 1 this evening went well

McKegg stayed late to set up for trivia at Trees Lounge (note: there was no mic in the A/V box so one was pulled from the 4/6 booth + the DJ key was left in the box for future use)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Feeling... and ingested Top Secret! feature content to the TMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected the Bad Education print after the screening and packaged it for return shipping (return labels can be printed tomorrow)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked cues/cross referenced the TMS and website and initialed for confirmation

Additional Notes: A shipment of marquee letters was delivered this afternoon and stored on the workbench behind the lobby bar (these have not been opened and are wrapped in plastic)

Updated the first run and special event titles white boards in the 4/6 booth

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
