To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been emailed out, scheduled on the TMS and have been blocked on the calendar. Weekly update is out! Lots of reminders in there since we've got a busy week ahead of us, so please read carefully.

Special Events/ AV set up: Just Another Girl on the IRT is all set in T2 - check the event memo. I checked the playlist. and adjusted it slightly since the trailer came before the slide and it's supposed to go after. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for Fall Guy, Tuesday, I Saw the TV Glow, IF. 

Reached out to Deluxe for the keys for Inside Out 2. Update: keys received! 

Reached out to Deluxe for the Starfighter keys and they should be coming in tonight so keep an eye out. 

Spoke to Chenelle about the Student Film Series for next week and since they're having trouble making their own DCP, we'll likely make this in house  I mentioned this in the weekly update) 

Tonight we should be receiving a BluRay of Before Sunset for the proposal on 6/22 in T6 ( I added the film name to the calendar so that it's more clear).

Additional Notes: Not a pressing issue, but after I removed the T6 35mm automation console from the wall, the rectifier for P2 (the projector which was connected to the console) is not turning on. We discovered this when attempting to prep for a staff screening of Crash in T6. I think the rectifier must have gotten disconnected from power in the process of removing the console, so I'll try to figure out connecting it directly, without the console. Should definitely be doable. Needless to say there won't be a staff screening in T6. -al

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
