Special Events/ AV set up: Olympics coverage was put on at Trees Lounge for the duration of the afternoon and evening

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Heretic posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Harold and the Purple Crayon feature content was ingested + re-uploaded keys for A Quiet Place: Day One since its KDMs were set to expire before the showtimes tomorrow

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Trouble in Paradise print was brought downstairs to the side entrance for the DHL courier to pick up tomorrow

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked, cross referenced the TMS, and initialed for confirmation (second round in theater 3 was incorrectly scheduled and was adjusted accordingly)

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Deadpool & Wolverine is still beneath a "coming soon" snipe outside but there are too many bikes in the way of the poster cases to make swapping this easy during operating hours (will have to switch this sometime tomorrow morning if possible)

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the first run whiteboard in 4/6 to reflect Harold and the Purple Crayon and Trap + added additional titles to the special event whiteboard for the month of August

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
