Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Some of the shorts for the TLC playlist for T1 today hadn't been switched to the updated OCAP versions. Desmond and I caught this when running through the playlist before doors and I swapped everything out that needed to be. Double checked the T4T playlist which also should be fully captioned, and this one looks good.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Both NewFest screenings went very well today. I left the four mics under the curtain in Theater 3 as well as two stands.

-Mics need to be retrieved from Theater 1 and put on the charging station after this round finishes, I didn't get a chance to grab them before house lights went down for the next show.

-I ordered another wired mic from Amazon for next Saturday. We're going to need 4 for the Q&A in T3 and 2 for T2, plus one in Trees, and I can only locate 6 currently.

-Lillian's Spotify login info wasn't working so I had Desmond log into his account on the T1 iMac for the preshow music. Logged into the Projection account for T3.

-Dj key is in the bin in the storage closet, mic remains connected on a stand in Trees, though the amp below the bench is switched off.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
