Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Began downloading first run pre-show content for Mufasa and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to the P&S drive

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: After troubleshooting a few technical issues with Screenwriter I was able to properly tech the show playlist for Scrooged in theater 2 this morning (there were two separate SPLs on the LMS and another on theater 2's IMS which led to some confusion when updating the playlist with the proper policy stinger -- I opted to update one on the LMS, delete the others, and transferred this to theater 2 before double checking it played without issue)

Got eyes on the Space Jam private event playlist in theater 2 (there has been a surplus of Bill Murray content today) and made a couple of adjustments to the pre-show + increased the feature volume

Ran house checks before the first round(s) in each auditorium and picture and sound are in great shape

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a couple one sheets for The Alto Knights and stored these behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received canisters/boxes containing Brewster McCloud, Lifeforce, and Killer Klowns from Outer Space and brought each print to their respective booths

Ingested feature content for A Complete Unknown, Bbaygirl, Nosferatu, Mufasa and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to the LMS

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated the cues with credits information for Scrooged

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
