Projection Admin 12/04 (Lillian/Alec)
To do this evening/ was completed: Hey ya'll! Weekly update is out. Please get your eyes on it and confirm with me that you've read it. I put out Screenwriter login info in there, but it lives elsewhere (as you'll read about). Also! whilst teching Frida today, I had a look to see if we had quick controls on the TMS and we don't, which makes sense since it's new, so Alec and I put a few of the necessary ones on there but there doesn't seem to be as many icons as needed, which will prove to be quite tricky, but we can, of course, still use the IMS. We'll still bring this and a few other notes up with DMS. Thanks again for meeting with us today! (quick update - I noticed that if you linger on an icon in quick controls, it tells you what it is, so we could potentially use some of them for masking controls, but our initial statement is still good feedback for the screenwriter folks. ALSO - I downloaded the Screenwriter Manual to the desktop in 4/6! - Lillian
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff Screenings have been emailed out, built and scheduled on the TMS. - LH
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: I scheduled the 35mm "placeholder" for Ghost in the Shell tonight on the TMS. This is so the TMS doesn't automatically schedule the shutdown for when the print is playing. If this were to start in the middle of the print screening, the processor will switch to Digital 1 once the playlist is loaded so sound would cut out. -AL
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Despite what I said yesterday the new TMS is in fact connected to FilmVault. I ingested The Handmaiden and Little Women to it today. To refresh the content list on the FilmVault (named Eclair Server on the TMS, which we can change), go to Configuration and click the little refresh button in the lower right corner of the Eclair server box. It takes a little while to complete the scan, though. -AL
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Ghost in the Shell, adjusted the port tape a bit. Tech'd the SOF print with Cristina. Looks so lovely. Volume noted. - LH
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
Marquee updated?:
Posters updated?:
Cleaning lights on for the night?:
Projection cart by entrance?:
Additional Notes:
Thanks all for joining the meeting today, hope you all felt it was a productive use of time. -AL

Ingested all the new preshow and in-house trailers that starts on Friday to the TMS. -AL
Went through the trailer list for this week and transferred preshow, trailers, and other content from single theatres to the TMS (or from the TMS to single theatres) that we'll need in order to build out some playlists for SE shows. For example, Good Will Hunting feature is in T3, but the preshow is on the TMS. I ingested the preshow to the IMS so we can just build it there without adding the feature to the TMS. Please go through the trailer list for 12/06. - Lillian
The schedule on the TMS is showing playlists ending 10 minutes before they're supposed to. This is because the trailer packs don't exist on Screenwriter so it thinks there are no trailers in the playlist. Don't worry, the trailers will play as the pack exists on the IMS and hasn't been removed from the playlist there. -AL

Made and ingested the DCPs of the slides for Sugarcane (private event). Playlist can get built in the IMS. - LH
