Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Transferred and scheduled show playlists for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Black Box Diaries, and Mississippi Masala to their respective servers for screenings over the next two evenings

Built a staff show playlist for The Manchurian Candidate and saved it to theater 4 (this screening will be scheduled soon)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Mildred Pierce and The Manchurian Candidate screenings in theaters 1 and 4 this morning went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Print/video Inspection: Took a look at the new version of The Manchurian Candidate this morning and added it to the show playlist once I was confident there were no issues (volume and lights cues have been updated and the 1.78 masking cue has been removed since this is in the correct 1.85 format)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues and cross referenced the schedule on Screenwriter

Marquee updated?: Removed Mildred Pierce and The Manchurian Candidate from the brunch side and added letters for About a Boy

Reached out to Desmond regarding the placement of letters for Allie and Shay's Oscars party next weekend and suggested they use the brunch side as an alternative since our first run titles are crowding the front marquee...we will likely put these up the day before as their event has been sold out for weeks

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
