Projection Admin 2/24

To do this evening/ was completed: NSF25 will begin the first week of April. Tech schedules have been sorted: 
NPP
3/4, 11am - Opening Nite
3/7, noon - Matinee Two
3/11, 11am - Closing Nite
3/14, noon - NoBudge

So far, we've got Opening Nite and Matinee Two ready to go, on a drive over at the WB office, which should dropped off to us sometime this week. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went through ALL special events playlists for this week (sans Porcelain War) - made a few adjustments to some. Cue sheets have been updated. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Certs have been sent off to the folks for the private on 3/11 for Superhuman Body. I requested an early set of keys with content delivery so we can tech before the day of.

Reached out to Chenelle with a few questions for the private event on 3/06, since I reckon that'll sneak up on us as it's for an MFA Exhibition, there's a chance there could be multiple films. No memo yet. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Note - the only thing we're waiting for the rest of the week is the KDM for Porcelain War, which will be coming in later this evening! 

Update on the print of Demons 2 - it was supposed to arrive today but will be arriving tomorrow afternoon. 

New keys for Companion have been ingested.

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept and mopped booths 1, 2, and 4/6 + dusted the platters in 1 and cleaned the port glass windows in 1 and 4/6 -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
