Projection Admin 2/27
To do this evening/ was completed: Had a bit of an early look at the drive to see if Kat had already uploaded what we'll receive tomorrow for the week of 3/07. Downloaded and ingested the new forecasts and the trailer for Kings of Comedy.
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist(s) for Mickey 17 and You Can Count on Me
Trailer Updates: I updated the 02/28 R and PG13 trailer packs to make the Policy louder at 4.5, which I've found to be the correct volume.
Special Events/ AV set up: Ingested the DCP of You Can Count on Me.
Got my eyes on Porcelain War. Playlist is all set and checked for this evening.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the Bong Joon Ho and Mickey 17 preshow content.
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Went through the coming week and cleared even more off the LMS and individual servers today, which we can continue to do as certain features leave certain theatres. Cleared various preshow content. T3's has more storage than is currently visible on the LMS - it just hasn't registered the change yet.
Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Received our new RCA cables. We'll have these for each theatre now, covered for multiple events without hassle.
Spent quite a bit of time adjusting lens and projector focus for the scope lenses. P1 is not as crispy as P2, so I'll need to work on this a little bit more, but it should be a great show tonight. I ran a reel of Virtuosity again and just want to note that the print is a little on the soft side, so don't make yourself go crazy thinking about how sharp you can make it.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. One note I forgot to add yesterday, but please be careful with the military time clock on the LMS when making the cue sheets. I know it's a little annoying, but just be sure to double check since we can't change the clock.
