To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I'm not sure if it was the setup for the Oscar event that affected this, but during the first screening of "Street Gang" the playlist wasn't responding to audio cues. Renee-Michelle alerted me to this and I changed the volume manually. No issues otherwise. Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: I set up the volume and lights how the "Sound of Metal" Oscar party wanted them and they had a great time throughout the Oscars. The Oscars also played on the screen in Hi-Res. Although I wasn't able to get sound to come through the speakers via DJ Source 11 despite many attempts. The screen is back up & the DJ keys are in the DJ booth. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: During the preshow of the first round in TH2, Henry pointed out to me that some of the house lights got brighter on their own. I tried to use macro executions to get them down, but that didn't work. They eventually went down once the playlist hit the lights down cue. No other issues aside from a hiccup starting one of the manuals. Alec, when I'm manually starting a show in those theaters and I need to keep cleaning lights up for the staff while the preshow begins, how do I get the lights to go back to "House Lts Full" as is built into the playlist rather than "House Lts Up"? "House Lts Up" is apparently too dark.. For now, I've built new playlists for this theater so the masking should stay at the scope setting until we get it fixed. I'll reach out to DMS about it.
