Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists for One Night Only and the rest of the run titles + built and scheduled an OCAP babies Spider-Man: Brand New Day show playlist for the morning of 8/4 (we are still waiting on the pre-show for CatVideoFest so this is the only remaining first run playlist that needs to be built)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Off the Rails private event in theater 3 played to a packed crowd and ran smoothly; brought the mixer back up to theater 4 (Chenelle may have also misplaced the spotlight remote for this auditorium. I'd handed it off to her at the start of the show to bring the lights up during the intro and she couldn't remember where it was after the screening ended...will update if it's found by the end of the night)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): The Thomas Crown Affair and The Wrong Girls posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Additional Notes: Splashtop was on the fritz this evening. Had to "restart streamer" to get it back in working order on my phone and the projection laptop. Should be working fine now but keep an eye on the connection possibly dropping out again

Updated the first run dry erase board in 4/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. Projection Close 8/26 Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
