NPP Projection Report 9/1 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: No issues

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat had to upload some preshow to Google Drive which I downloaded and ingested. These are for It Ends, Dreams in Nightmares, and Practical Magic playlists.

The Dreams in Nightmares drive should be coming this evening (tracking here). Once the feature is in we'll have everything for that playlist.

Built all variations of the Wild Inside playlist and scheduled them

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Swapped lenses/plates and ran loops for New York, New York tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Several tubes (including even more Digger posters) arrived and were sorted into the 3/7 cubby.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Practical Magic 2

Merrily We Go to Hell was supposed  to come today but it hasn't yet. Keep an eye out for it tonight.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Wild Inside and Gridlock'd. Tech info for Gridlock'd is on the 4/6 whiteboard since we can't built the playlist yet.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Made the remaining first run formulas for next week, just missing Hope

Filled in cue sheets for next week. Only missing Hope shows and credits for Three Amigos.

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. Projection Admin 3/30

To do this evening/ was completed: School Screening in T3 went very well this morning, started it up early, but just a friendly reminder - if you tech something the night before its show date (let alone first thing in morning), at the very least please log volume and/or build a playlist. I was in early so it wasn't much of an issue, but it helps to have this sorted beforehand. Also, special screener of The Drama for Jared and Lauren went just fine, too. Feature seems kind of low, volume wise, but once it opens up in other screening rooms this week, I'll take another look and adjust as needed. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Revelations of Divine Love . Tech'd Stranger by the Lake and noticed it wasn't scheduled on the LMS yet, so I scheduled it and transferred preshow content and the feature to T2.
