To do this evening/ was completed: A few leaks in T2 booth along the brick wall, coming from cracks in the brick/sediment. Nothing too bad, I put a few towels down even though the water wasn't touching the ground mostly. Kept an eye on it throughout the night and both leaks have pretty much dried out. Projector equipment dry. Held off once again on scheduling outbound shipping for a print. Express Saver priced above $300 so waiting to hear back on what's preferred. It looks like the Edward Scissorhands DCP may have froze/glitched out in T1, because it says it's still going and will be done yesterday. Going to give it the night and restart it if it's indeed totally frozen. To do this evening/ was completed: Reminder that masking needs to be set in Theater 3 tomorrow for Other Mommy . It is 2.20:1 Use the 2.00 preset which is buttons 1 and 3 pressed simultaneously on the motor. I already made a 2.20 cue on the T3 Dolby server to activate that preset, so those buttons need to be set to the proper position. Also Heart of the Beast and Coyote vs. Acme letters and posters need to come down. Other Mommy and Social Reckoning letters need to go up and posters hung or updated to now showing. Also the marquee rental on the 35mm side should come down. I left all the 35mm letters out on the bench in 3/7. Don't forget to tech The Others . Waiting to hear back from Jack if, on th off chance, he'd be fine with a mid shift.  NewFest tech went well, but they did not send the feature for T3 (Montreal) until an hour before tech, which got in as we were teching) but it is now almost done ingesting. I ingested all slides, the la bola trailer (which, FYI, I know Jack had an issue ingesting this the other day so friendly reminder that sometimes you need to make sure you take the DCP out of the second folder if it comes in two, then it'll ingest just fine!) and the rest of trailers. We tech'd all of New Voices slides and shorts, which have been logged. We'll get our eyes on the Gilead trailer as soon as possible, including the feature of Montreal. Spots info is all set, too. I brought the spots board back down, reconnected it for the STB hosts, and was alerted to the wash lights malfunctioning. Took a couple of runs up and down from booth 1 and messing with the buttons on the board itself before I realized the "left" and "center" spotlight breaker switches were left off despite Lillian's blog stating these could be kept on. The "Center" and "Left Spotlight" breakers can stay on. Also, we can use the switcher to switch between HDMI sources (cable and stage) in Theater 1 and Theater 2.
