Presentation Issues: The fire alarm went off towards the end of the first round. Did my tour of the building and manually re-started all the shows (for the most part — see below). This slowed things down a bit, but, we were able to get the second round running without much hassle. Preshow Clips/Playlist: still waiting on Capernaum feature before we can building and schedule the playlists Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): received updated keys for Vice, which I have ingested. All shows should be good to run for the week. When the fire alarm was triggered, it continually failed to run the Fire Alarm Clear executable. This prevented me from doing any of the other steps necessary to get the show running...

Tip for making cue sheets: in practice the playlists tend to end 2-4 minutes after the end time on the film schedule so I reflected this in the cue times for start/end credits. Its not uncommon for a manager to ask me to adjust the cue sheets when these two cues are off. Presentation Issues: I tested the Shoplifters DCP in Theater 3 towards the end of the night, and the last 20 minutes or so played through perfectly fine, with nothing resembling what was supposed to have happened this afternoon (black screen, Japanese dialogue, and no subtitles).
