Presentation Issues: None

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the SPIDER-MAN playlist. Added feature DCP to the MIDSOMMAR playlist, too. Scheduled these playlists for Tuesday through Thursday.

** updated schedule for the rest of the week re: Matthew's schedule changes (we're keeping Secret Life of Pets 2)

Trailer Updates: Made updated trailer packs for the week re: tomorrow's openings (they are labeled '070219'). Updated all first run playlists with these packs (did not update the playlist file names to avoid confusion — let's just start the new ones with Friday's date if necessary).
note: there is a special Midsommar-specific trailer pack in light of how long the movie is

Special Events/ AV set up: n/a

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): ordered posters for Hobbs & Shaw and The Farewell

** we received posters for The Nightingale and (another) The Last Black Man In San Francisco

Ordering/Receiving (content): I brought in the MIDSOMMAR drive from Williamsburg, ingested it to TMS. (note: this drive will need to be returned to Williamsburg at some point — thanks for letting us borrow it!)

** downloaded Spider-Man preshow files (and the generic 'Comics' PS file) from Dropbox, ingested them to TMS and projectors

*** received a new Trailmix

Outgoing/Shipping (content): packed up last week's Trailmix and Do The Right Thing, placed them on the outgoing shelf

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Midsommar after the keys opened up. I wasn't able to run the whole film, but I got it on screen and checked the volume levels (5.5 sounds good to me).

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated

Maintenance/cleaning: Does anybody know where the scissors in booth 4/6 have disappeared to?

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tonight. Also updated end times for Midsommar and Spider-Man this week (lots of manual starts).

Marquee updated?: Added Midsommar and Spider-Man: Far From Home to the front side.

Posters updated?: Added a 'now showing' snipe to Midsommar. Moved Spider-Man outside with a 'now showing' snipe, moved The Cure into the lobby.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there!
