NPP Projection 10/7 Close



To do this evening/ was completed: Inspected the last three reels of New Nightmare. They're in good condition overall, relatively minimal base scratching. Inspection sheet has been updated. Made a new DCP for Going Away, transferred to the DCP Drive. Locally ingested Wallace and Gromit to T1 which delayed me from ingesting Paperboy until the end of the night, ingest in progress. Ingested Cosboi and Going Away to T2, Ahu's Journal to T3.

Was unable to save and transfer Monsieur xmf file as I'm not able to access Dropbox, or at least couldn't find login info.

Tried to organize the table to the right of the 4/6 desktop. There's a lot of stuff that could either be returned to owners (blu-rays) or placed in one of our spare bins, "misc" perhaps. Likewise the top of the metal drawer next to the rewind bench. Maybe we could get a cabinet to place all of the cleaning and maintenance equipment in, house it to the left of the rewind bench.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately.
