NPP Projection Report 12/8 Close
To do this evening/ was completed: Built and scheduled show playlists for the week (specifically through Wednesday) for Triangle of Sadness
Presentation Issues: Nothing outstanding tonight as I made my rounds throughout the course of the evening

Special Events/ AV set up: The Christmas themed Kevin Geeks Out event in theater 1 this evening was a resounding success and a very pleasant 90 minutes to be a part of even if I was in the booth above the auditorium for its duration; I went over the run of show with Cristina prior to the event starting which was a big help in knowing manual cues for certain light changes and the extra time the hosts had to quickly run through their presentations during the flip was also extremely beneficial to their overall preparedness (the mics, mixer, and XLR cables were brought back up to the 4/6 booth)
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received one sheets for Blue Beetle (a soon to be released DC superhero property I have not heard a single word about); these were stored in the poster cubby behind 3/7

Print/video Inspection: I began taking a look at some of the 35mm trailers Cristina gave us in 4/6; these are all in great condition (a few of the 80s titles are lightly faded pink) and their soundtrack types/aspect ratios have been noted
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: I reorganized the makeup table in booth 1 to clear up the clutter that seemed to be taking over the table space (namely: dirty inspection gloves, plastic wrappings that were not thrown away upon being opened, bits and pieces of broken film from past inspections, scrapped index cards, etc) and placed as much of the tools/miscellaneous items on it within reach as possible
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Wyatt noted that the start credits/end credits offset times for the second round in theater 2 were off by a couple minutes (the credits began rolling approximately 3 minutes before they were supposed to as listed on the cue sheets); I double checked tomorrow's times in this room in addition to the other auditoriums and this should not be a problem throughout the evening
Marquee updated?: I set aside letters for Triangle of Sadness behind 3/7 (in the event that we choose to advertise it on the marquee during its return)
