To do this evening/ was completed: La Bete (The Beast) screener in T4 went very well this morning. 
Staff Screenings went well. 

FYI- keys for Angel Heart open up this Sunday.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all the 1/19 A1 playlists, but please note that we do not yet have the Romance in the 90s trailer (will be on the drive EOD weds), which will go in the Mean Girls 2 playlists. T4/T6 playlists have not been built since we won't get the film schedule until Monday. 

Built the playlist for Inheritance, Beautician and the Beast

Trailer Updates: Ingested trailers: Built the new, two different trailer packs for 1/19 R rated A1 features. 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Civil War, Challengers

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the new Forecasts for the week of 1/19, including the trailer for Don't Tell Her It's Me. All files have been downloaded and ingested to the TMS.

Cristina dropped off the BluRay of Don't Tell Her It's Me. I ran this through Make MKV, Handbrake - please put into DCP o matic when done.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Hi, Mom! getting picked up today. 

Scheduled a pickup for Godfather Pt.II. Came with labels. Note: this won't get picked up until Jan 15th. 

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Beautician and the Beast and The Mission (SOF) in T1 ~ volume for both on their respective info cards. Note: Just another reminder that Beautician is in T1, not T4. I moved all the reels down to T4. 

Put The Mission on house reels for Sunday. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added all February titles and made a few updates on content. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Adjusted the lenses/plates for Sunday.

Took out trash in T1.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Offset info for Mean Streets/SOF/Beautician added to the sheets! Checked today's and Sat/Sunday times.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. NPP Projection Close 9/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Godfather III, Triplets of Belville, Tropic Thunder (SAT), Mimic, Sundays on Fire, Thelma and Louise.  Made a DCP of Ramona Slick's song for the Thelma show. I couldn't locate the Curtain Call/Breakdown DCP Alec made when searching for "curtain call", so I went through the transfer history and saw that it had been ingested. Nevertheless when I searched for it it wouldn't appear. So I dragged into the Share folder and didn't receive any message about the file already existing there. Re-ingested. Went to inspect Vicious Lips but it turns out that we were sent a different print inside of cans labeled "Vicious Lips". The print is a movie called The Vampire Lovers. I looked at the first two reels while I watched Vampire Lovers on Dailymotion and it's for sure the same film. Emailed Cristina. Rain continued on this evening so I was not able to change the marquee back on the brunch side. I did...
