Special Events/ AV set up: Ovid, New York filmmakers dropped by this morning to tech the film in 3 and watched it in full. Made a few minor adjustments to the show playlist and tested mics/set up chairs for the Q&A this evening - WB

Ran loops for the 1.85 lenses and plates in theater 1. Ran reel 1 of Ghost in the Shell 2 for Desmond this afternoon (volume has been noted/projectors cleaned/reel was rewound back to its start) -WB

Set up two mics and two directors chairs in Theater 7 for the private event with intro/Q&A tonight. They confirmed later in the day they'll need two mics on stands for the intro and 3 mics and 3 chairs for the Q&A. I pulled out a 3rd mic and another stand and brought to 4/6 -AL

Tech'd the Miss Malice pre-show with Desmond and Alec in theater 2 for The Matrix and adjusted volume levels for each performance as needed. Added a lights up cue to the credits -WB
-I put the light settings in the run of show doc which Desmond copied over to the event memo. Everything is on bank 4 and the scenes are roughly in order. -AL

Maintenance/cleaning: We got the new marquee pole today. I unpacked it and put it together. I removed the metal wire from the suction cup and tied the string in its place. Turns out you're not supposed to pull on the metal wire to get the suction cup to detach from the letter, but gently twist the pole to release it. Regardless, it works great with just the string. -AL

Marquee updated?: Set aside letters for Jumanji and Little Women behind 3/7 for next weekend since The Birdcage is already selling well in theater 3 this weekend -WB
-I put these up with the new marquee pole, it works really well. I also took down Wild Robot from the front and put up Moana 2. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
