To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Second round Weapons pre-show sounded a bit muted at 3.5 (it was a packed house and most guests were talking to one another, though, the "5_min" could just have some clips in it that are mixed lower than others) so I brought it up to 3.7 which seemed to balance out over the crowd

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Gianmarco Soresi's stand up set went over well with the crowd in theater 2 and Punchline followed without a hitch + the mic and stand were returned to the booth/storage at the end of the show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Sentimental Value posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Brian Ratigan from Non Films came by this evening to pick up his hard drive

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked, cross referenced the LMS, and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Removed Together and added letters for Highest 2 Lowest and Nobody 2

Posters updated?: Added "now showing" snipes above the posters for Highest 2 Lowest and Nobody 2

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
