To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built all the A1 playlists for next week (and Betty Boop). Kat has a new clip coming in to add to these, I think we will get it tomorrow. Once that's confirmed I'll make the necessary updates.

Built and scheduled Lemonade Blessing for tomorrow. Teched the feature. Cristina confirmed we'll use the logo slide for the intro and Q&A so this is all set.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops in T1 for Final Fantasy tonight. There was no official tech of this so start at 7.5 on both processors and check.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Minority Report and Death Spin 2 (private event on Halloween) to the LMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Got a new version of Thiiird from Kat which I'm converting to DCP, finishing into the Share folder.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Topped up the motor oil in both T1 35 projectors.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in cue sheets for next week; missing the Weds private event and Primetime shows on Thursday; timing for Betty Boop, Bullet, and Zoolander is incomplete since content still needs to be received and/or teched.

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...

Projection Admin 3/30

To do this evening/ was completed: School Screening in T3 went very well this morning, started it up early, but just a friendly reminder - if you tech something the night before its show date (let alone first thing in morning), at the very least please log volume and/or build a playlist. I was in early so it wasn't much of an issue, but it helps to have this sorted beforehand. Also, special screener of The Drama for Jared and Lauren went just fine, too. Feature seems kind of low, volume wise, but once it opens up in other screening rooms this week, I'll take another look and adjust as needed. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Revelations of Divine Love . Tech'd Stranger by the Lake and noticed it wasn't scheduled on the LMS yet, so I scheduled it and transferred preshow content and the feature to T2.
