Presentation Issues: No issues.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: NSF closing night in Theater 1. Dylan ran everything in the booth and I stayed in the theater. No issues to report. Everything from the bar mic setup is back in 4/6. The only thing is I don't know where the other three screws for the XLR box by the DJ/Mic panel in Hi-Res, so I put the wire back inside and tightened the one screw that was still in there. Just a heads up I did not delete the shorts from TMS since I don't know what we will need for the award winners screening this weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Hala is ready to be ingested from EclairPlay when we can clear some space on the TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted the old version of The Lighthouse (without the short) from all servers. It is still on our EclairPlay if for whatever reason we need to ingest it again.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for Nightmare on Elm Street. It should arrive on Wednesday.

-Queen & Slim showed up on the Deluxe portal, so I added it to the doc.

Maintenance/cleaning:  I decided the take-up belt could be shortened just a little bit more on projector 1 in Theater 1. Karen, if you run the scratch tests tomorrow let me know if it causes any problems.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheet and schedule checked over for tomorrow, all set.

Marquee updated?: Huge shout out to Dylan for changing the marquee in the rain before he left. He took down NSF and put up the Mass Appeal Roc Raida Tribute on the north side.

Posters updated?: Swapped the NSF poster out front for Depeche Mode.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by TH5?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
