Presentation Issues:
-There were no issues.
-So far, masking is working fine in TH1.
-Gave out a fidelio headphone device in TH1 for the first round of Little Women. Seat 1411.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Made the Citizen Kane playlist (I put a 10 min welcome card in the front since playing 1st run trailers seemed wrong) Also, masking will have to come before the feature on this one since it is  137:1
-We are still waiting on 1917 preshow and all the 'new' house made trailers.

Trailer Updates:
-Ingested trailers for 'Oscar Shorts', 'Promising Young Woman', 'Emma', 'Wendy', & 'Call of the Wild'

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Trivia is set up and good to go. It seems that the hiss coming from the speakers while using DJ 1&2 output is only with our old projection laptop (we also tested Michael's phone and personal laptop and the sound is fine)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Just Mercy DCP came in. Drive mounts fine, we are going to wait to ingest along with 1917 when Citizen Kane comes off tomorrow.
-Ingested keys for Frozen 2, Star Wars, Knives Out & Bombshell. We are good until 1/16 with those.
**Still waiting on Parasite, 1917, and Just Mercy keys.
-Matilda & the house-made DCP for Viva the Underdogs is expected to come in tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
-Teched Citizen Kane for volume and lighting cues.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Yes, for Matilda.

Maintenance/cleaning:
- Michael updated the firmware in TH3 for the CP750. We're just going to keep an eye on it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
