Presentation Issues:
-There were no presentation issues up until I left.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Downloaded and ingested the Short_BLKNWS_E01 for the adult preshow playlists for next week. We are still waiting on all other content to pop on EVO (new generic, Feb A card, and some new trailers).

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
-We are all set to go with a brand new (and fully teched) Let the Right One In with theatrical subtitles. Thank you, Michael!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-New trailmix came in.
-Ordered posters for "Fantasy Island" and "The Rhythm Section"
**Vision media does not have "Wendy" posters in yet.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Honeyland is sitting on Eclair, ready to ingest. Let's wait until after the weekend. A reminder that we have the drive for For Sama and I have placed an order for the kdm with PBS.
-The Cave is here and ingested. No kdm needed.
-Both American Factory and Edge of Democracy are pending in our Deluxe cue as are the kdm.
-August at Akiko's is here. It is not until 2/5 but they expressly said they have had problems with the content at other theaters so I am ingesting now to tech, we can pull it back off once that is done.
-Ingested keys for Knives Out. These keys were due to expire today (as I noted in my weekly projection report) and the new ones were sitting in the kdm email for the past two days. Don't forget to check the kdm email.
-Ingested new keys for Star Wars, good until 1/30

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:
- I have ingested "The Cave" and sent it to TH5 for teching after the last round. Please look at this tonight for volume, lighting cues, and to verify aspect ratio and language/subtitles. The file says it is in Arabic with no subtitles, let's hope that is a misprint.
-Once August at Akiko's and the BLKNWS short has ingested, they can also be sent to 5 to tech tonight.
-I have watched 18 minutes worth of 101 Dalmatians, I will finish it tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
- I double checked the cue sheets and scheduler against Matthew's film schedule for the rest of this week. I noticed some errors that I would like to point out in the case that there is any confusion.
1) Don't forget to use the latest schedule/update when building cue sheets.
2) I know this has recently changed, as per MOD request, but we are scheduling everything with a 2 min or greater spread between playlists. I know the server cues have all starts at 3 min or less marked in red, but that is for MOD's situational awareness, and not a guide for us to schedule.

Marquee updated?:
-Akeelah is down and The Cave is up. Proposal is going up at 8 pm.

Posters updated?:
-Swapped out Birds of Prey for The Gentlemen under coming soon outside and then swapped out Cat Vid fest for Birds of Prey in the vestibule.
-There is a sizeable archival tube which I will bring to 105 tomorrow.

Additional Notes:
-We are not showing Little Women on 35 mm tonight or tomorrow so that we can have time to re-examine our platter system given that we have gotten a scratch on the print.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
