NPP Projection Report 2/6 Admin/Open, Alec

To do this evening/ was completed:

-Finish cue sheets and scheduling

-First run marquee/poster updates

-Finish breaking down Little Women

Presentation Issues: No issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and teched the Birds of Prey playlist.

I cleaned up our first run playlists and trailer packs for the week. Said goodbye to the Wendy trailer for now since it was making our Adult packs run quite long. Also deleted "weekend only" playlists and updated the regular named "020720" ones for weekend's trailers. All playlists are good to go for the weekend except Moonlight.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got posters for The Way Back, Color Out of Space, and the new installment of Saw.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Drive for Casablanca came in. I tested it and it's OK, hold to ingest until Sunday.

-Keys for Moonlight are due tonight at midnight, and will open tomorrow night at midnight.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Broke down most of Little Women, reel 1 remains on the platter.

Print/video Inspection: As I was building the Birds of Prey playlist I noticed the VF that was ingested was for Atmos. There will always be a 7.1 VF that is not Atmos which is what we should ingest. I ingested the 7.1 VF and deleted the Atmos version.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked digital/analog sound on the 35mm projectors in T4 and T1. All seem to be working well.

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
