To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the new Forecast and NPP Kids trailer. Ingested slides for NSF screenings.

Built a preshow playlist for the private BlacKkKlansman event tomorrow.

Made new playlists for all of next weeks first runs, except The Batman, started downloading the Batman preshow right before I left for the night.

Updated playlists for Selena, Total Recall, Eve’s Bayou preshow, House Party preshow, and Cool as Ice preshow so they are timed properly. Feature missing from the Total Recall playlist and slides missing from Eve’s Bayou, House Party, and Cool as Ice.

Trailer Updates: Made a new R trailer pack, added the Godzilla policy to the PG-13 pack for next week.

Special Events/ AV set up: The Video Music Box screening with intro and Q&A went very smoothly. Uploaded the Q&A recording to the folder on Google Drive.

Near Dark 35mm screening went very smoothly as well, print is back on its shipping reels and in its cans.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a FedEx pickup for the Batman: Mask of the Phantasm print, attached shipping labels to the cans and left it on the cart.

Ingested Selena to Theater 3.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added info for Selena as well as a couple rep titles screening in April which are already pending on the Deluxe portal.

Added tracking for the Happening screener DCP, which should be arriving on Wednesday the 2nd.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
