NPP Projection Report 3/30 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Take down Jujutsu Kaisen and Worst Person in the World posters, move Morbius and Everything Everywhere outside. Put up Sonic 2 and Ambulance in the lobby.

Remove Worst Person and Oscar Shorts from the marquee, put up Morbius and Everything Everywhere All at Once.

Ingest Everything Everywhere as soon as it arrives. Add to playlist and schedule.

Would appreciate if the floors in Booth 1 and Booth 2 could be swept and mopped tonight.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got a call from Andrew Gleeson at Eclair about Everything Everywhere DCP delivery, he said a drive will be dropped off tonight. I gave him Joe's number so he could coordinate the delivery with Williamsburg. He said it would be coming around 6 or 7 so I gave him Will's number as well.

Ingested keys for Morbius, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and new keys for X.

TMS attempted and failed to ingest Morbius to Theater 7 several times this morning. I tried transferring it from another IMS server, ingesting it directly to the server from the drive, restarting the server, and hard rebooting the projector but it kept failing. For some reason, the key not being active yet was preventing it from ingesting, so I deleted the key from the Theater 7 server and reattempted the ingest and it finally worked. Reloaded the KDM after the ingest finished.

Checked on delivery for the Snake Eyes print, waiting to hear from HFC.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, updated delivery info for the Perfect print which is being delivered via a courier on Friday, and info for the Shrek 2 DCP which is now pending on Deluxe.

Maintenance/cleaning: Vacuumed up dust on the 4/6 booth floor and stairs, and out of the Christie projectors for Theaters 4 and 6.

Vacuumed and swept the small floor area in the Theater 5 booth. Though it's a small area, there was lots to vacuum and sweep.

Swept the floor in Booth 3/7.

Didn't get to all the cleaning I wanted to today before opening, but plan to clean lenses (digital and 35mm) and port glass in 4/6, 3/7, and 1 tomorrow as well as clean dust out of those Christie projectors.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked Saturday - Thursday, they look good.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
