To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the updated Stub and Book promos, Kids April trailer, and new forecast.

Converted the Cool as Ice slide to DCP, ingested it and added it to the playlist for Thursday.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Eve's Bayou 35mm screening and intro went great! Looking forward to the rest of the 35mm screenings in 4 this week and many more to come!

The private The Cook, the Thief, His Wife, and Her Lover screening also went well.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Grease Sing-Along DCP came in, ingested it to Theater 3. Also received and ingested keys for it, they open Friday at 11am.

Downloaded the Vortex DCP and ingested it to Theater 4 for the Cinema team to watch on Friday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed and attached shipping labels for the Dogtown & Z-Boys print. Scheduled a FedEx pick for this and Eve's Bayou, placed both on the cart by the side entrance at the end of the night.

Maintenance/cleaning: Put a The Batman poster in the archive tube and the plethora of others we had in the trivia section, also cleared some posters out which we won't be opening.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
