Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: 6/3 B Forecast and Crimes of the Future preshow still haven’t uploaded to Google drive completely, I’ll have to ask Kat about it when she gets back on the 1st.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ingested new trailers for Elvis and The Black Phone.

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Placed the Bug print on the cart and moved it to 3/7. Scheduled a FedEx pickup for this and the TMNT print for Tuesday 5/31, so please re-inspect that print after the screening tomorrow, I attached the included shipping labels so just secure the cans with the included cable ties and place it on the cart with Bug, to be moved to the entrance at the end of the night Monday 5/30.

Printed and attached return labels for Ricochet, however I don’t want this one to go out on 5/31 with the other two as I would like to inspect it after the screening.

Maintenance/cleaning: Separated all the IMS disks by theater and left them in the appropriate booth, except the ones for 5 which are in 3/7.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked cue sheets and schedule for the week. Doctor Strange was scheduled for the last round in Theater 5 today and tomorrow instead of Men, despite the title being correct on the cue sheets. I switched the playlists for tonight and tomorrow and let MOD know that the credit times would be earlier, and updated the credits on tomorrow's cue sheet. No other issues.

Marquee updated?: Added Ricochet with date to the front of the marquee.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
