To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a playlist for STB tomorrow with the live HDMI CPL, we can keep this on the server to use for future shows.

Built a playlist for the Encanto private event, with all ages preshow and the HDMI CPL.

Downloaded and ingested the Crimes of the Future preshow and 6/3 B Forecast. Swapped the preshow in for Crimes of the Future and added the forecast to all of the coming week’s playlists.

Downloaded and ingested the Good Burger trailer, as well.

I checked through the PG-13 trailer pack and added a cue to lower the volume for the Desert Hearts trailer to 3.5, it was a bit louder than the others.

The PG trailer pack for next week was a bit long, I swapped in alternate trailers for Lightyear and Minions to bring it to the correct length. This meant the Downton Abbey playlist runs one minute shorter, so I updated the cues for those screenings.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the Encanto blu-ray in Theater 5 for volume, it’s good to go for the event on Tuesday the 7th.

Timed the credits for Dog Day Afternoon and Beyond the Black Rainbow, added the times to the cue sheets.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Upgraded storage disks on the servers in Theaters 4 and 5. Ingested everything for tonight, and rescheduled everything for the rest of this week and next week. For now I’ve sent all features that had yet to be ingested to the theaters they’ll be playing in next week. After upgrading Theater 2’s server tomorrow I’ll ingest all features and generic and current first run preshows to every server.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
