NPP Projection Admin 11/22



To do this evening/ was completed: Teched the new first run playlists: Glass Onion, Fabelmans (T2) Strange World and Bones and All (T4). Made various minor adjustments to preshow content: Infinity Pool trailer at 4.5 volume, 4.5 for Puss in Boots 2 trailer, 3.8 volume for Fabelmans_5min preshow, 3.8 volume for the Villainous Christmas trailer--too loud at 4.0. To my ear Fabelmans sounds right at 6.0 (in T2), 5.5 for Glass Onion (T2). Adjusted and centered the 2:1 Flat lens file in T2, as it was positioned too far downward (blank space at the top of the frame).

Ran the first reel of Body of Evidence in T4 for Cristina--volumes logged (7.0 both processors)--projectors cleaned afterward.

Also teched the Santa short that will run before Elf--4.5 volume--picture looks good.

Downloaded and ingested the Generic_V9_5min preshow element. 

Body of Evidence and Future of Film slides converted to DCP and ingested.

Built new first run playlists, including OCAP versions, and scheduled the week in the TMS, aside from White Noise showtimes, as the playlist still needs to be built.

Keep an eye out for new KDMs for Fabelmans--current keys set to expire 11/25. Reached out to Deluxe already.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
