Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I started building the playlists for Elf and Body of Evidence. Can someone look at these to make sure the automation cues are where they need to be? 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I tossed out one box of the White Noise lobby cards and was halfway through the other before I had to go. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): I ingested Land of Desire into Theater 3. There were two versions and I wasn't sure which one we needed, so I ingested both just in case. The DCP is still in Theater 3

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I inspected Body of Evidence. It's in very good shape. Minimal scratches and sprocket damage apart from chunks of the perforations in the middle of the 3rd reel. Nothing that's broken the perfs, but something to note. 

I also looked at the back half of Hook. Definitely showing some signs of wear and tear. But the main thing to note is that it looks like the last couple minutes of the end credits are gone. It stops abruptly right after it credits the Foley artists. I've attached the last frame here. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes and I updated next week's cue sheets with start and end times for all shows except for the special events. 

Marquee updated?: Yes with Glass Onion and The Fablemans

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
