To do this evening/ was completed: Yes, We're All Going to the World's Fair still needs to be ingested and the last bits of the cue sheets need to be filled out

Presentation Issues: I got buzzed by MODs that a light went up in the Theater 2 server station and if we had touched any breakers today. I said we hadn't and they confirmed that it happened in the server station and not in the Theater.

Special Events/ AV set up: The Attack the Block intro went great! Intro was smooth and I broke down the set up and brought the mic back up to 4/6

Trivia also went well! Set up and breakdown was simple. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I put the We're All Going to the World's Fair DCP on the drive after Lillian ingested that other stuff into Theater 1. I tried to ingest it, but the drive wasn't coming up at all for Local Storage. I was doing this at the end of the night, so I left it for whoever's coming in for admin tomorrow. Sorry! 

I uploaded keys for Knock at the Cabin, Close, Everything Everywhere All At Once, Triangle of Sadness, and Operation Fortune

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I inspected After Hours tonight. It's a little warped, there's a score of sprocket repairs, and it's got some base/emulsion throughout, especially in the first two reels, but it's still in good shape. 

The main thing to watch out for is there's a set of grease cues on every reel because the actual cues are WAY too tight. Follow those grease cues and we should be good! Watch out on Reel 2, there's a false set of cues before the grease cues and the original cues. 

I rewound the first 4 reels and 5 still needs to be rewound. I brought all the reels and cans down into Theater 1.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
