Projection Admin 3/8 (This is Lillian. Accidentally posted from Alec's account! Sorry!)

To do this evening/ was completed: Confirming that we have ALL content for next week apart from Roxy Carmichael and A Silent Voice. The latter we actually did get a little while ago, and I sent an email out in regards to this feature today, but it had been deleted from the desktop in 4/6 at some point. I had put in a blog post that it was ready to get copied over and ingested to the TMS, but mysteriously disappeared. I reached out to the folks who are lending it to us and we'll be getting a new file via wetransfer (just as before) tomorrow, ASAP! So that's good news, but we'll have to be extra mindful about what we get rid of when attempting to make space or reorganize our main comp. 

Staff Screenings for Scream 6 have been sent out. Hope you guys can make one of these! 

Working with the folks from Lucy Dacus Team to take care of the merchandise they left here. Rolled uo the posters we had up, which are now in the storage area. They were supposed to send labels today for me to print out, but havent yet, (lots of back and forth on their end, but they'll email me soon and I'll pass on info) which will be for the boxes, not the posters. Posters will be picked up tomorrow by the director, Jane, who has my number. 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made/ ingested the DCP for Roxy Carmichael. Ingested the DCP Slide for Five Devils. These have been directly ingested to their respective screening rooms. 

The Outfit feature is all set for our private rental this upcoming Monday. Playlist has been sorted and scheduled. 

The KDMs for Scream 6 go live tomorrow, so we'll qc this first thing in the morning. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up 6 chairs for tonight's screening of Dad & Step Dad. 3 chairs are on each side of the screen since we can't fit all on one side as it would obstruct Scope shows. Four mics will be needed when the time comes. Will put up safety barriers on the stage. Patched in 1 wired mic for the intro. 

Will is setting up for karaoke. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received the posters for the new Bob Ross movie starring Owen Wilson! "WoWw."

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested the KDMs for Cocaine Bear. 

Roxy Carmichael should be here by tomorrow. Note to Projectionists: This is an archival print. Only Alec or I will be inspecting/projecting this. Please refrain from handling it. 

Received and ingested the CCAP and OCAP of Shazam to the TMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Cristina would like to take a look at Psycho II this Friday. Desmond would like to take a look at The Five Devils (Les Cinq Diables) as well as Good Time, also on Friday. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Spent a long time on the phone with a rep from MiT. Will elaborate later in a separate email, but we're not adjusting anything else with the fixtures right now...just leaving everything be for the time being 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added the credits information for After Hours and Dad n Step Dad. 

Tomorrow we can update Scream 6. 

Marquee updated?: Scream 6 needs to be put up on the marquee. 

Posters updated?: Put up the Scream 6 posters in the Now Showing section in the lobby/outside. Took down Lucy Dacus: Night Shift posters and put them in the storage room.
