To do this evening/ was completed: Ran the screener of Divinity for John and Cristina today. 

The masking didn't move at the start of the first feature in Theater 2. The power strip (which the masking motor is plugged into) was turned off after Shouting at the Screen last night. I switched it back on and opened the masking about 5 ish minutes into the movie. - Alec

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent over the new trailer list. Updated all first run trailer packs and playlists apart from Are You There, God? It's Me, Margaret, which is not yet available via Eclairplay. 

Made DCPs for Cymande (Getting it Back) and Heaven Stood Still slides.  

Downloaded Forecasts for 4/28.

Trailer Updates: Ingested the new Barbie trailer. Ingested Transformers 7 trailer.

Print/video Inspection: Waiting on archive's approval to fix some damage in Highlander.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swapped out the cable for the penthouse on P1 in T4 with one from T6. Beforehand I reseated the cable, cleaned around the slit lens/card/ and cleaned some internal parts of the processor. The only thing that changed is that I was able to get a consistent green light from both the led on the penthouse card and the 670 in the processor, the latter of which was yellow before. Despite getting a good read, the processor is still unable to recognize SRD on P1. Alec and I don't think it's a cable issue, but probably something internal. Some things to try - reseating the video card in the back of the penthouse/fixing the drum or guide roller. Cables are both fine or, well, at least they seem that way. 

I replaced the cone in the left rear surround speaker in Theater 6. - Alec

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
