Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloading the 25min 70s preshow clip, please ingest it when it's done and add it to the Are You There God playlists and schedule them. End times on cues also need to be filled in.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Alec started ripping Gremlins 2 for the private event on 5/4. 

Kim from NewFest got back to us with somewhat of an eta for HBO content. By the end of the week we'll have all we need for the event on May 9th. Tech time is TBD. I'll report back soon.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Passengers directly to T4. Ingested Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3
Received and ingested the keys for Renfield and Are You There God? 

Received the print of Jumanji! 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Gonna hold off on shipping The Stepfather until The Highlander II is ready to go since they're both from Moving Image Archives. We'll ship both out Friday morning. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Spent most of today troubleshooting projector 1's SRD issue in T4. Normally whenever it says "not ready" like it has been, that means there's either no card, somethings unplugged, or it's properly failing. More cable swaps, reseated the video pickup card and adjusted the azimuth, pulled the cards, cleaned, ran diagnostics/SRD looper. We need a card replacement. Called Roger and sent him some extra pix to make sure nothing else is out of the ordinary. 
He'll be sending that wiper I need for the Kelmar table, too. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I'll admit I did the TMS schedule the other night when it was too late and I did not account for the 25min preshow adjustment, so thanks, guys, for fixing it. Good not to do that when you're tired...

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
